Sujesh Hari – The Voice Behind the Words
He is a lyricist widely known for his work in the movie Mindiyum Parayum. Unlike many others in the industry, he comes from a family with no cinema background. Initially, he had no particular interest in films, but he always admired his brother, who was a writer. That admiration became the push he needed.
During his high school days, he began writing, and over time, his interest in the craft grew stronger. As days passed, he got opportunities to write title songs for various television channels. By then, his dream of writing songs for cinema had become clear.
In pursuit of that goal, he created an album song titled Pemaari, which caught the attention of Biju menon and Sajeev Pazhoor. This led to his entry into cinema as a lyricist with the song Pullaripoo Pole. The song became a major hit, earned him a State Award, and firmly established his name in the industry.
This success opened doors to several notable projects such as Eesho and Pagalum Paathiravum, keshu ee veedinte nadhan where his work was widely recognized and appreciated. Later came Mindiyum Paranjum, a film in which his lyrics stole countless hearts.
During our interaction, he shared many insights about his journey. Currently, he is working on multiple projects and continues to grow as a lyricist. With his talent and dedication, he has the potential to become one of those artists the industry simply cannot ignore.
