Not many survive as a professional musician in the music industry, out of
several thousand musicians enter the industry, only few hundreds survive and

a harmonica by his mother, he taught himself to play the simple tunes when he
was 10 years old, later the biggest impact happened when he watched a
concert by Yanni for the 50th Indian Independence day held at Taj Mahal via
DD Metro, the very moment the dreams began.

picked. Shamanth is a self-taught musician who finished his Grade 8 in piano,
and prepared for ATCL in piano, simultaneously while preparing for grade 6 in
violin and grade 8 theory, on which he lost the interest in preparing for the
exams, instead he believed in learning serious and hard-core western classical
music in which he befriended many great musicians in the journey.
The Music of ARR made him drawn towards recording music and Studio Works
for which he taught himself to work on DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) and
recording techniques. As a musician the destiny is to become a composer, and
once he started to compose music, Shamanth became a Die Hard fan of
Maestro Ilayaraja due to the diversity of compositions and knowledge the
maestro displayed through his compositions, which inspired him in developing
as a composer on the whole.

and started working as a programmer for many composers in Tamil and Telugu
industry. Later he went on to establish his own studio in the year 2007-08 in a
small place in T.Nagar which has grown in to two Fair sized studios in Ashok
